Hill Valley Festival

Here's some pics of Maddie at FCY tonight!

She had a great time!  Mom and I watched a concert with Michael W. Smith and Amy Grant at the house while Maddie was listening to and sharing testimonies from Camp FCY, and just having a nice time hanging out at FCY.  

Today was the anniversary of the Hill Valley Festival, which I think we should reinstate!  I mean, the Back to the Future date in October is pretty significant, but this one here could be for celebrating Back to the Future Part III, which is a really fun movie by the way.  All of them are, of course.  

Anyway, it was a good day today.  We were working on two different Christmas things today, and some other church related work, and some big thing at the bank that we're still working on.  Maddie was working with clay and textures, and oh, she's gotten herself certified for CPR until the end of the school year in 2025.  Which is cool!

We watched some Screencrush analysis of the Ahsoka series tonight, which confirmed a lot of what we know already - the show is cool!  But seriously, here is so much packed into this show.  Afterwards, we read a bit and said our prayers.  We should be done with the book tomorrow night, and I think we'll move on to the next Discworld book. We'll see.  Anyway, it was a good day today - we'll try to get a good night's rest here... g'night!
