Camp FCY

Sunday morning!  We'll start with Maddie, who had a tremendous day at Carolina Point.  The weather was beautiful - she snapped these photos and they just illustrate how nice of a day it was up there at camp.  She had a great time - here are her notes for the day after the fact:

Day three-

◦ Bracelets (Maddie, Jesse, FCY, treacherous, fearless, Sarah)

◦ Watched volleyball with Jeremiah

◦ Card games with Noadiah in her cabin room

◦ Chicken and fries and pita bread dinner

◦ You Belong With Me

◦ Church clap, dancing with Jeremiah and Noadiah

◦ Service, pastor Courtney Franklin

◦ Fireworks after service

◦ S’mores

◦ Talked to Nodiah, kinda opened up to her

◦ Noadiah and I in cubbies

◦ Camp FCY recap/talk with everyone

◦ Fell asleep around 1:30 am, whole cabin fell asleep around 2:30 am

She had a full day!  They got to do the go-karts, and they did so much more too - but at the same time, it sounded as if it were a relaxing day at camp as well.  She's having a wonderful time!  Here are some pictures from the days events.

And of course we had KidPak in the morning, which continued our Star Wars series with a lot of fun, including the "Space" Wisenheimer Invention, which asked the question, "What Star Wars character are you most like?"

It was a fun day!  Mom and I went home and got some rest afterwards, and we watched "The Ghost and Mr. Chicken" later on - attaboy, Luther!
