Another Fun Morning at KidPak

It was another fun morning at KidPak, one with all the characters present to do a skit that got a lot of laughs from the kids and adults there.  We have such a talented cast!

This morning's focus was on the story of Samantha, or at least one that we made up.  The kids got the joke, and of course also got the bottom line too.  It was a fun morning.  Madison is doing so well as a volunteer too, always quick to offer help, cleaning up the areas and setting up chairs and papers.

Today the grandparents arrived from Florida, making it through Atlanta just fine but of course spending a whole lot of unnecessary time in Henry County.  It was a long and arduous journey, but it's great to see them again up here.  It's been a while since they've been here, and Ba-Ba is looking much improved from our last visit together.  It'll be a nice week, and fortunately, the excessive rain has slowed down somewhat.

Madison was doing piano practice today, and we were also getting the house ready, doing some cobweb removal.  Certain high-up places sort of had a haunted mansion look about them!  But spring cleaning is in process, this despite the fact that it is not technically spring yet.  But there's hope for warmer weather, at least something you can walk around in outside.

We spent some time talking, and we watched a few things, and soon enough it was time for bed for Madison, given she's got a few days of school this week to go to.  A few tests too.  We read tonight, and we prayed as well, thankful the grandparents could be here for the week.
