This was a fun picture taken this afternoon just before a scheduled meeting in the seminar room. I was at the conference table and there was some Divine decor stuffed in there, so we enhanced my seat a bit so it looks somewhat like a throne. We were meeting today about the new series, which I'm a bit more excited about - it's almost here. Still, I had to finish the writing today for the last script for the Star Wars series for this weekend. That got finished up, and we got further along in other areas too. We met about KidPak podcasts today, and yeah, right in the middle of the meeting everyone's phones went off because of the 2:18 emergency broadcasting system test. Crazy theories were out there about that actually being a signal that would launch waves of something or other from towers that would activate within those people who got a shot during the 2020 season, resulting in either walking zombies, or a bunch of people exploding. I am happy to report that no-one is now a zombie, as far as I know. And I don't think anyone exploded.
Mom is getting the house ready - mulching the front yard. The birds are still here, bluebirds and hummingbirds and cardinals and all sorts of other feathered visitors. We have chipmunks too, I'm happy to say. Also, a few monster juro spiders emerge here or there. I got one with a salt gun today because it was right there on the house. Yuk.
Our sea monkeys are doing really well. There's five or six solid citizens on the Martian landscape we have and they are thriving. In fact, we spotted today a baby sea monkey moving about in the water, which excited everyone! Hopefully we can see more! We started this back six months ago, so it's amazing to see these little ones doing so well.
Tonight we watched a Screencrush video that explained Easter eggs and other things from the episode of "Ahsoka" last night, but that's about all we had time for, as it was so late. We read tonight, nearly done with "Wee Free Men," and after that it was time for prayers. It was a good day!
