Cardio Pulmonary Therapy

So here's where I go three mornings a week to do my cardio therapy.  The television screen overhead has had Wimbledon on the last few days, so it's been great programming to watch while I'm going on the treadmill.  I'm doing 5k each time, each time in roughly 45 minutes, and to get the heart rate up to 130, I've got the incline up to 11% or so.  Maddie snapped this picture for me, having visited with me for the morning - although she wasn't in here during the work-out.  

She had a good day today, pretty chill.  She did have a small group session tonight, and that was nice as always - Camille is keeping this small group going at night despite the fact that she is incredible busy now at the office.  But it's a good kind of busy, as she's now right where she needs to be to help out KidPak.  Today we were writing, making graphics, and getting things finalized for this weekend's skit.  One surprise was an old green dress that we found for Madison.  We were looking for something in thrift stores, a green dress that was reminiscent of something you'd see in the roaring 20's.  Maddie will be playing the role of Ozma soon enough, and although I thought that was going to be something towards the end of the series, the costume looks so great, we'll have to write her in right away.  Where did the dress come from?  We don't know.  It was with our stuff, costumes that were in the costume collection at the church, and this one wasn't being used for anything, so Mom made some adjustments to it, and the thing looks great on Maddie.  We'll have to do pictures soon!

Tonight we saw the latest "Loki" episode, but we also saw something new:  the new "Monsters at Work" episodes.  It is so great to see Mike Wazowski and James P Sullivan again, and Celia Mae too.  Oh, and all the other appearances by the other characters too.  So much fun! 

We did our reading tonight, and we prayed as well.   It was a good day, but I'm pretty tired!
