Senior Picture Day

Senior pictures today!  What a long day too - we got there at 10am this morning, and it was down in Alpharetta somewhere.  But Maddie had such a great time.  Her first step was getting her hair done and her make-up done, and that was a little process in a separate area.  Then after that it was time for the photo sessions.  It was a collection of checklists on her paper, different options that she chose a few weeks ago.  She went from station to station, posing for different types of shots.  She changed into different outfits for different backdrops, including her taekwondo uniform too.  She brought her prom dress too.  She had some great photos today, and she had a great time.

We couldn't take any pictures in the studio, except for a few places, including this selfie wall.

Afterwards, we went to Cracker Barrel!

We had a really nice meal at Cracker Barrel, one of the best visits there we've had with a great meal and a great time together.  Can you believe all that fall decor is out already?  We saw all that in the store, and had a nice visit there.

The rest of the day wasn't much - we got home after 5 or so, and there was still a bit of work to do.  We got a few things done, but not much - it was late, and we had a few hours to go.  We watched "Frozen 2" tonight, sort of a prep thing for our "Tropical Freeze" theme at Summer Xtreme.

Afterwards, we read and we said our prayers.  It was a good day today!
