Burst of Favor

We made a return trip to Disney Store in Dawsonville - but without a receipt to exchange a set of pjs for a different size.  It was a long shot, but amazingly, they had the same exact pair in the size we wanted, and didn't need a receipt for the exchange (mainly because we kept the original in such a good state).  On top of that, we pulled right up into one of those RIGHT THERE parking spaces in front of that store - this was on a crowded day at the Dawsonville Outlets.  Anyway, it was a nice little burst of favor there.  We walked away with the new pjs, and four new lithographs to add to the overall collection:  these were from the movie "Frozen."  Yep, we pre-ordered that movie (due out on March 18th), and got some more lithographs - and once again, all is well with the world of lithographs.  Since their comeback, we've gotten three sets from "Monsters University," "Planes," and now "Frozen."  It appears as if you can get some for "The Jungle Book," but we're not quite ready to replace every single Platinum DVD in our collection.  These older movies work just fine in our player, and I'm afraid with the budget being as it is, we'll have to be a little bit more selective about our choices for Blu Ray.

ANYWAY, that was it.  That was the lone big trip out of the house.  Daddy was at work today, of course, preparing for the new service.  But when he got home, we decided to embark on this mini-quest to replace some Christmas pajamas, and pre-order "Frozen."  Mission accomplished, and with favor too.

The rest of the evening went like this:  piano, fasting journal, and then some video games.  We'll do more than that tomorrow afternoon.  Daddy is wanting to spend some time drawing again with Madison.  Also, we've got Lego boats to build and a game of Headbandz to play.  These are some Christmas hold-outs that were put to the side when the monster that is Disney Infinity reared it's ugly head.  Actually, it's not that ugly.  It's pretty awesome, and Madison has been using it to build empires and so forth.  It's great watching her create and build.

DAY FOURTEEN
Psalm 46:1 tells us that, “God is our refuge and strength. Always ready to help in times of trouble.” As you go through this fast, remember to call on God to ask for help when you need it.

Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train a child in the way he should go. When he is old, he will not turn away from it.” No matter how you feel about them, teachers have a huge responsibility to make us all smarter and train us in the way we should go. List teachers below that you know, and ask God to help and guide them throughout the year.
