This guy was something AI came up for me, although I added the decals there. We're working on our next booklet, and I'm sort of infatuated with bringing back the Crash Test Dummies for the series. We still have the costumes, and hopefully we can have some of that in skits or something soon enough. Anyway, I was working on this a bit today.
Mom was out with George and Thip for a while, stopping by the bank for an hour or so, but then getting a bite to eat. Maddie had taekwondo tonight, but that limited sort of class where there was only work as an assistant instructor and then afterwards leadership class. She's enjoying her time there.
It poured rain in Gainesville, a heavy tropical rain that just flooded certain areas, although nothing concerning in Hall County beyond traffic inconveniences. Still, an impressive amount of standing water all of the sudden, just dumped there from above. Speaking of which, a hurricane named Erin is churning up in the Atlantic, a strong one. Hopefully that will move on to the north as expected. It's causing worries in the Caribbean though.
We closed the day out with "Muppets Most Wanted," which is a classic. It remains my favorite Muppet movie, and I say this as a Muppet enthusiast! We saw a few commercials with the Monster Cereal mascots as muppets, and it was so much fun that we decided to go on from there to watch a Muppet movie together.
After all was said and done, it was time for bed - we read from the Discworld, and then it was time for prayers. Quiet day, but there's a fun plan for tomorrow in store!
