Newfangled Technology

Here's our Madison at work today. She's seated at her desk, filling out some paperwork, while sipping on some Starbucks. She spent the day with us here, pretty much - as today is one of those long preparation days for the new series at our church.

Here's Brock and Daniel, after getting Madison's "paperwork." These are masterpieces that everyone in the office gets. Each one is unique, and comes with a kiss. That's why these guys are smiling so much! Today, Madison was quite busy with the paperwork, and also quite busy hanging around the water cooler splashing people that came close enough. As you can see by the photo above, she's rather proficient using a computer. Actually, this is pretty accurate: she's good with a mouse and can figure out a lot of newfangled technology on her own just by fiddling with it.

The other day, we shared with you her tinkering with a cell phone to take pictures. Today, she spent time taking photos of office employees, knowing exactly what buttons to press to set things up and what buttons to use to snap a photo. All this on a phone she's never used before. Here, she's showing off a picture she had just taken. She's already using a phone, which is like, "oh no!"

Tonight, Daddy is still at work. Madison went to sleep easy, which is good because tomorrow she's got a fun day ahead of her. Stay tuned - there should be a lot to post!
