Lofty Valentine Boxes

 Tonight Maddie was excited to go back to her favorite hairstyling place, and it was extra fun tonight because each stylist had a Valentine's station - you know those homemade things where others can put their Valentine's Day cards?  Yeah, those.  There were like twenty of them.  We snapped a few pictures of a few while we were there tonight...

Anyway, this was super fun.  And on top of that of course, Maddie got her haircut of course!

We got home and she didn't have much in the way of homework, so we spent time watching a Valentine's movie, a romantic comedy - we saw "The Princess Diaries 2," which none of us had seen in a while, but I forgot how much fun this one was too.  We loved it again!

It was a decent day today.  I got a pretty crazy thing written for this weekend, and we sort of nearly wrapped up all of this weekend's material.  On top of that, we got a little more done with the basketball series for March.  The big challenge is all the Easter stuff.  Two months away, yes, but so much to do.  Mom has a lot to do, getting dancer costumes ready, and of course we're still doing a bit of writing too.  Lots going on there.

Maddie was having a good laugh in her photography class today, watching as a classmate was attempting to give a photographer student a pose filled with anger.  How to do that?  Screaming in anger might be good!  There's a whole roll of film of this guy trying to look angry - it sounds like everyone was having fun there.  Maddie is doing well with her projects in the class, pacing herself and enjoying each project.

We read tonight, and we said our prayers.  The Frog Prince was in Maddie's pillow case, and then it made its way over to our bed as well, hiding in both places and waiting to sing... "Just one kiss..."  This time of year is fun...
