Hair Cut!

I was busy at work, but Madison had to called show off her haircut - she had nine inches lopped off!  This was a decision she was building up to, and it looks pretty good!  Here's another picture of the new hair cut here:

You can see she's also sporting the new Summer Xtreme t-shirt, one we made specifically for her.  We did the iron-on pattern on a purple shirt, and it turned out pretty well.  This is a limited collector's item here, a t-shirt for our big Summer Xtreme online event this week.

Speaking of Summer Xtreme, I was working on that all day today, with more filming tonight.  We watched our KidPak service together this morning, but right after that, I had to go in to film a few things.  Also on the menu was a booklet to create for KidPak Discovery, the younger side of KidPak. I've created three booklets now, so I've been working in a lot of different directions.  But so have all of us, particularly Josh, who is back to his old ways of staying up late editing things at the last possible minute.

Madison was working on her piano today, but also working on her Minecraft creations too.  She's proud of the architecture she's created, and was spending a bit of time today building on to the existing structures she was working with.

Tonight, we had a "Hydra" night, watching a few classic Marvel moments back-to-back.  We started with "Captain America:  Winter Soldier," and that set the table for the big event in the "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." episode entitled "Turn, Turn, Turn."  I remember when we first watched this back when it premiered, and what a shocking moment it was.  The shock was there a little for Madison, but it's nothing like following a "good guy" character for several months, only to discover he is a deranged villain.  We're actually hoping we see Grant Ward again in season seven, but we'll see how that goes with all the time traveling that is going on.

Anyway, it's a busy time right now, as most pre-Summer Xtreme days are.  Of course, this is different, as it is all online.  But leading up to things, it sure seems like it's the same as there is so much to do!  It'll be fun to see the finished product!
