Stage Presents

Madison did really well with her speaking parts this morning - four lines on stage with the drama!  As a Baker Street Irregular, she and her two friends helped out Mycroft as he started to unravel the mystery going on this series.  One more service to go, and then we'll have it all wrapped up.  It's been super fun though - Madison says it is her second favorite series we've done.  She loves the mysteries!

The sound of piano practice filled the house this afternoon, something that is suddenly more pleasant than anything.  These are wonderful memories, these sounds.  Madison is working hard at practice, catching up with some of the piano practice we didn't get to the last two days.  She's doing well with it!

We did some other catching up today, including some more decorating as well.  Daddy got up the Nutcrackers, which is suddenly a bigger task than it used to be.  We added a few nutcrackers last year:  Madison's sugar plum fairy, the cowboy nutcracker from our KidPak series last year, and two nutcrackers we inherited from G-Gma.  These last two are pretty huge!  Anyway, they fill up the top shelves, so we'll hopefully be backing off on acquiring some new ones.  Presently we have about twenty-one nutcrackers up there, plus a few stocking holder nutcrackers.

Daddy was putting these up while we all watched "The Santa Clause 2."  Christmas season is roaring to life here!
