Road to Knowhere

So here we are on Boxing Day once more, December 26th.  This quote above frequently sums up the day, when everyone is not quite ready to let go of Christmas - at least not for another month or so, right?  Today is one of Daddy's favorite days of all, where there's no work at all, and all play!  Madison, Mommy and Daddy got to play with our new toys today.  

Madison and Daddy went to Knowhere, which is actually the location of some of the events in "Guardians of the Galaxy," and most of the Disney Infinity 2.0 game itself.  Madison's favorite character is Gamora, of course.  I'd like to say we did something productive with this day - but in fact, we literally spent the entire day playing this one game together.  We did a few other things too.  Like eat.  And play with new Monster High dolls, or move presents around.  But the day was largely a day to just STOP, and relax amongst the piles of loot from Christmas.  Daddy got some books and audio books to listen to, Mommy got a new magazine subscription, and Madison got all kinds of craft and coloring books - this is the kind of day we had. 

Sure, we did a bit of piano practice in there.  And Daddy went to get more wood for the fireplace - and milk.  But that was about it today.  And that's just fine with everybody!
