Another Spectacular

Pretty full day today with three performances at the church, plus a few run-throughs in the morning, but ultimately we saw a LOT of people here today, and some animals too.  You can see the camel above - his name is Obediah, by the way.  I have a few pictures with him out back when we were getting to know him.   And of course the sheep are adorable.  Minnie the donkey is nice too, giving Mary a ride up the aisle and getting the crowd excited about the pageantry of Christmas.

It was a long, long day, and tomorrow we have another.  But things went well and the crowd was excited.  The musical performances were incredible, the lighting fantastic, the acrobats talented and the dancers all performing with so much energy and excitement - Dawn did an incredible job with the choreography, and Camille was all over the make-up with her team.  There is so much that goes into this production.  Mom's costumes were great, of course, and the performances were perfect.  It was a great day - here are a few more pictures from today's productions.

Maddie was a bit under the weather today, but she had a good day too at home, having a Phineas and Ferb marathon while Mom was cleaning up the house a bit and Nana was doing her up and down the stairs thing.  It was a day to chill out.

Jingle greeted the day with a nice little "HELLO THERE," and later on we were all finishing up the last episode of "The Santa Clauses," just before I had to get to bed.  I have an early morning tomorrow for the next production.  But before bedtime, we read, and we said our prayers.  Time for a short winter's nap...
