The Sweetest Christmas

Madison got some very nice Christmas presents today - in fact, right now she's playing with her new ABC game on the kitchen table. She carried the thing around with her all day, just waiting to get home and open it up. When we arrived at the house, that was the first thing she wanted to do. Forget food: get me that ABC game!

She got her new game from the Pereira Family, posing above with Madison. Another gift they got her was the apron you see Madison wearing in this photo. It is a Christmas apron for making cookies with - we'll be doing that on Thursday.

Don't forget: you have to make cookies for Santa, and only then can it be the sweetest Christmas! And thanks to Marilyn, Alex, Sammi and Danni, we'll also have a nice plate to put those Christmas cookies on.

Santa will know where to find his cookies, because his face is on that plate - along with the nice mug they got us today too. Daddy just might have to sneak a couple drinks out of that one...especially with the weather as chilly as it has been lately.

It was an all-day affair at the church, as Mommy spent quite a bit of time costuming over thirty kids for the upcoming Christmas service performance. All the children above are involved, with Danni (on the right) playing the role of a shepherd.

Hopefully, she'll be a good one, because our little Madison will get to be a little lamb. It'll be a fun job keeping her from going astray!
