All Aboard!

Here we are, all aboard the express train set up on our children's ministry stage this morning, and about to go for a ride unlike any other! Here's a description of the series:

All Aboard! You’ve got a ticket to ride the J-Train! Don’t worry – the price has already been paid! What matters is deciding to get on, so move your caboose and climb aboard the coolest Soul Train around. We’re about to get things back on track and go full steam ahead, so chug along with us for a series that has all the bells and whistles! It’s KidPak Adventures: All Aboard!

This month, we wanted an incredible Christmas set on our stage - and one that's a little different too. Mommy and Daddy dreamed up the idea for this theme about a year and a half ago, and thought it would be perfect for December (thinking a little of "The Polar Express"). I told the stage designers we wanted something that would be more of a photo op than ever before.

I think we got it! Madison enjoys it very much, and has been enjoying church very much as of late. This morning she really had a good time, despite the fact that it was probably colder outside than she's ever experienced in her whole life - it was twenty-seven degrees... for Georgia, that's cold!

She looked so pretty this morning in her Christmas outfit. In fact, Daddy just had to put her on our stage for a nice seasonal shot in front of a pine tree in the snow. We may not have had snow outside, but with our snow machine on stage, and piles of the stuff everywhere, Madison still gets to see some of that white stuff!
