SX18 Volunteer Meeting

Here we are on the weekend before Summer Xtreme, and we're doing fine!  You can see that much above!  This morning we had our usual annual Volunteer Meeting, where all the leaders show up to get tips and rules for having the best week ever.

It's a busy day.  We have a lot of folks here to help out with decorations, gathering props, organizing, coordinating, editing, printing, and so on.  There's still plenty to do, but we all feel rather confident about it, as we seem to be a lot more prepared than usual.  The skits are done, and the videos are getting there.  The equipment is gathered for sound, and the stage is set - literally.  Summer Xtreme is coming soon, and Madison spent the day helping us prepare.  She gets a backstage look at the process, helping out along the way, as we set up for the event of the summer.  She's been working hard, organizing name tags and t-shirts, putting bags together and helping Mommy with props.    We don't have much time to write here, in fact, as there's so much to be done.  But again, it's not terribly stressful here.  We know God has got this all taken care of - we just do our very best, and He'll take care of the rest.
