Weeping Angel

Madison hasn't seen anyone use a chainsaw before, but there she is, a ballerina blowing bubbles over the back deck, watching Ye-Ye get to what's left of the fig trees in the back.  We just got back from one last ballet practice - we'll meet up again for ballet on Saturday morning as we do a rehearsal in full dress.  Speaking of which, Madison did one last piano practice before her piano recital - she did a performance for Nana and Ye-Ye tonight, and did her pieces flawlessly.  She's doing a great job, and the next few days are going to be pretty busy - lots of driving around and seeing things.

Speaking of which, here's an encounter Madison had with a Weeping Angel at the United Methodist Church downtown.  Madison is doing it wrong - you don't cover your eyes, and you don't blink.  Fortunately, Daddy and Mommy are looking at the weeping angel, so that sort of keeps things in check.  That's what parents are for!
