Above is the annual tradition of our friend Chris doing his Belly Flop. I wrote that with capital letters because it is now an important event that needs capital letters. Anyway, obviously, the older kids went to Frances Meadows Aquatic Center today - it was a perfect day for this sort of thing. There were outdoor pools and indoor ones, plus the kids' items and large watersides.
Meanwhile Madison's group was dancing!
A dance studio came in and led the kids in some really fun dances and activities. She is having a really good time this week, always busy with so many activities. But next week, it'll be good for all of us to rest. Obviously, we need the rest ourselves because of all the work involved. But the kids will need some rest too! It's like they'll need a vacation from their vacation!
Here's her group shot that Daddy took. He made a quick cameo for a visit with Madison, and timed it just right: Mommy was doing the group shots. This worked out because Mommy got to be in the group shot with her group - you can see her above as well. Daddy loves this pose by Madison - actually, all the kids did great with this photograph.
