Stay Inside Day

Madison woke up sick this morning, frowning at Daddy when she came into the master bedroom. Daddy asked if she had a boo-boo, and she pointed to her tummy. Madison clings so tightly to us when she's not well - we carried her downstairs to the livingroom and set up our "sick station" on the couch. We got lots of blankets, something to drink, and popped in a movie to just stare at.

Today, "Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2" comes out on Blu-Ray, and with a coupon, Daddy got it for $12.00. Madison likes the first movie, so we'll snuggle on the couch tonight and watch the sequel together.

Mommy says she's feeling better already as of this posting. Daddy is at work and can't wait to get home and see her. Madison hasn't been sick too often, but it does happen. God's grace has been over us though, there's no question about that. She's been a very healthy little girl, and she'll be stronger after this, no doubt.

Today was one of those days you wanted to stay inside anyway. Cold and wet and foggy. Any time you spend outside is spent running from your car to the the place you want to visit - or visa versa.

Hopefully, she'll be a little better by tomorrow morning. Got big plans for February 2nd!
