Pajamas and Wreaths

Christmas decorations came down today, and Madison was as usual quite helpful. Sometimes she's a little too helpful, but nevertheless, her spirit is in the right place!

It was at its core another day to rest and rejuvenate: we spent much of the day in pajamas. We did get out to do a little shopping, however. We went to Wal-Mart to do some banking and some grocery shopping, but we also found in the leftover Christmas section a great deal on some wreaths! Yes, we bought wreaths - and bows - for the outside of the house next Christmas season. While shopping on Christmas Day, Daddy found an absolutely great deal on pre-lit Christmas trees to put outside on either side of the door. SO, next year the house should look a bit more festive. We didn't plan on getting anything like that today, but stumbled upon it really. I mean, seriously: Christmas was nearly two weeks ago, and there was still stuff there!

Madison had a great time with the wreaths. We had her in the front of the grocery cart, and stacked all around her were five green wreaths. Her little head popped out from the middle of all that, laughing!
