Tonight we took a stand and decided to not let this crummy weather get the best of our week. Daddy went out and got a few things, including a Spooky Gingerbread House kit.
Can you believe we made this? It was very much a team effort, and the first time we made one of these for October. We usually do the brownie cake decorating, making a haunted brownie of sorts. But this was quite an investment in time and effort, and it was fun all the way. We had the Disney music playing from Hallowishes and the Boo-to-You parade, and yes even the soundtrack to "Descendants." All the while, we were laboring away to make an inviting and delicious little home. This will look nice the next few weeks. Unless, of course, someone decides to take a bite...
