Tonight we went to a private screening for a new movie, "A Cry for Justice." It was a great date night for Mommy and Daddy, as Nana and Ba-Ba watched over Madison before bedtime. We had several friends who had different small roles in the film, and we were invited down to see it at a church nearby. It was a nice night, and the movie was pretty good too.
Madison had a school day today, and the rest of us were at the house for the most part. Both Mommy and Nana had different doctor's appointments this morning. Everything seemed to be okay from the doctor's reports, so all is well there. Rather than do anything out and about, we decided to simply return home and sort of recover from the weekend. To that extent, it was a fairly quiet day. Daddy's been reading a bit, and Mommy spent some time reading as well. We listened to a few messages on the computer, and had a delicious soup again - Mommy has made her fantastic ginger soup with mushrooms and other ingredients. Very nice!
When Madison got home, the house got noisy! Of course, we had piano practice - but we also had some fun with her Kindle, playing "Where's Perry?" It was fun, Daddy and Madison, sitting there trying to figure out each puzzle. Fun little game!
Of course, Madison was having fun with her grandparents as well. We've played cards - that seems to be the thing for Madison. She loves playing cards with Nana quite a bit. Once she sees her grandparents arrive, it's only a matter of time before she drags out the Tinkerbell cards!
