Madison took a little break today from all the hard work, and headed over to the water cooler for a bit, where she ran into a fellow cubical worker and talked about all the latest office gossip. She's getting caught up on all the latest rumors, sports scores, and news around the office.
Today, she spent quite a bit of time with us at the office, helping us set up for the new series, "Under Construction." Things seem to be going rather well - ahead of time, even. We'll see how that turns out tomorrow when the deadline gets tight.
In the meantime, tonight we all headed over to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate a couple birthdays in the family. One birthday was Jonathan's - when asked what he wanted for his birthday, this was the response: "Cash." SO, Daddy and Mommy got him this:
It was a Johnny Cash CD! This got a few laughs at the table, and just to make sure there was no hard feelings, we put some actual cash inside the CD package. It was also Aunt Shain's birthday today too - so we had another birthday cake to add to the mix. We got her a copy of "Tangled," which has been the movie of the week, obviously. Madison watched it with us last night before bed - well, most of it. She got a little tired at the end.
Speaking of which, I'm about tired. I think it's time to head out of the office here. But I think I'll stop by the water cooler first...
