Today I served the seniors at Wisdom Club's yearly big Thanksgiving luncheon, but guess what? Today I got to attend too!
It's cold out there, and that's okay because winter is coming. We saw a forecaster suggesting that we'll have a lot more snow this year, so we'll just have to see about that. But we felt the cold tonight on the way to Edge Martial Arts. Maddie had her usual class and then about an extra hour of practice for Team Edge. They're doing well, of course. Tomorrow morning, they'll meet again with a special guest instructor, a guy who does stunts with some pretty famous film productions. That'll be fun!
Tonight we streamed the last night of the revival, and it ended wonderfully. It's been a very special two weeks, and an unexpected two weeks at that. No one thought this one service would go on for two more weeks, and yet here we are. We enjoyed listening to that together, and it went on later, so there wasn't much to do after that but go get some early rest. Maddie and I read together for a good bit, and then it was time for sleep. We've got a big day tomorrow, but more about that... tomorrow!
