Bus Stop

Madison rode the bus home once more, this time arriving a little sooner.  It takes a week generally to work out the bugs of dismissal, and the bus route home.

It sounded like she had another great day. She had PE today, and learned about running - and walking. The running part sounds like fun:  tonight we watched a bit of the Olympics, and it was great listening to her chant "USA!"  She saw the women's final 4X100 relay, and here's a twist:  the men's team from the Bahamas actually won the gold medal tonight.  We were just there!  We cheered for the USA in that race of course, but it was still neat for a country like the Bahamas to do well.

Today Daddy was at work a lot, where he'll be tomorrow as well.  Still, it was good to come home to Madison and Mommy.  We shared a pizza together, and of course talked about school some.  It sounds like she's having a good time there, making friends and learning a bit as each day goes along.  Next week, they are learning about colors, and dressing up in a different color each day.  I suppose I should take pictures of that, huh?
