Outbreak

It was an all-day work day for Daddy, who was working on the first message of our series, "Winter Games."  But take a look at this picture below:

We're at some big levels here, as you can see in the map.  Madison was looking at this, gasping at the scale.  Lately, it seems like we're all walking around somewhat like a cast member from "Stranger Things."

Adding germ killer to our hands time and again, not shaking hands, hiding in our offices... there's a slight bit of paranoia, sure.  It's like one of those outbreak movies where you're not sure who has it until it's too late.  The good news is that despite the fact that we know quite a few that directly have it, there is a remnant of us, sucking down oranges and grapefruits, washing hands frequently, and wearing hazmat suits.

Madison has been healthy, doing good as well.  School today was "good," which is her standard answer for how school was today.  You have to sort of poke and prod to get answers sometimes!  But Madison is doing well for the most part.  She was studying for the math retake, and doing yearbook artwork actually at school - her art teacher is giving her these extra assignments, and Daddy is seeing what she is doing as she does it, and incorporating it all into the yearbook pages.  Things are coming along for that as well.

Her enrichment class is art again, and it starts next Wednesday.  She might be doing yearbook artwork there as well.  But it will all pay off in a couple months, which will be something to see.  Anyway, tonight was church, and our first Winter Games series message, which went very, very well. Madison went to bed early, something she needed to do, as there have been a few later nights recently.  The busy schedule with ballet and jazz and piano and so forth - it's put us up later in the evening.  We'll catch up on some of that rest.
