Computer Hacking Skills...

     Although Madison really likes jumping up on our laps to use our computer, she now has one of her own to try out.  Here she is, using her ClickStart (by LeapFrog), and clearly having fun.  The keyboard is wireless, and works with her Tinkerbell television set just fine.  It was a breeze to set up, though getting the thing out of the packaging box is a trial. 

     What is it that is bringing her such joy in this photo?  It's the ABC tree!  You see, it's an educational computer that we hope continues to enhance her vocabulary skills and get her familiar with a computer.  She still struggles a bit with the mouse, but the bubble popping game cracks her up and that one is all about using a mouse.  SO, I think she'll get the hang of that pretty soon!

     A good friend of ours got her a Ni Hao Kai-Lan cartridge to use with the system, so she gets to also play games with her favorite characters from the show.  One easy game involves making fireworks all over the evening sky.

     She likes the computer - and it's a good way to get her used to one.  And off of Daddy's for a few minutes too!
