Camille's Wedding

Today was the day of Camille's wedding, 8-7.  Our wedding was 7-8.  All good numbers!  Anyway, there were other things that happened today, but the wedding was obviously the biggest story.  All the photos on this entry were taken by Maddie, as I was sort of doing a whole lot during the wedding.  To begin with, I was taking polaroids of every single guest as they entered.  Then, I was holding the handheld computer that was providing a live feed of the wedding to the groom's mother.  She came down with something that prevented her from coming - both her and her husband.  It must have been supremely difficult.  I did my best by providing a front row view of the wedding, and some interaction afterwards with all the guests.  There were plenty of Arnim Zola references before all this happened, but just from complete geeks.  Anyway, it was supremely moving and a huge honor to carry her POV around, allowing her to see as much of the wedding as I could, every aspect I could share.  

During the reception, I passed the computer on to someone else, because it was time to do that skit shared here earlier.  We did a mad-lib version of the story of Camille's and Chris' first meeting.  It went over well, with duck costumes, plenty of bad puns, weird words, and everyone laughing and screaming out, "Taquitos!"  

The wedding was fun and unique, and it was really sweet.  We stayed until the end, and Maddie had a wonderful time of course.  She was there with the entire small group that Camille hosts - all the girls were together at a table for the reception, and you can see them all together below in group shots.  All these photos were taken by Maddie's phone below - you can see everyone had a splendid time during a wonderful day.
