Kingdom Come

Here's the cast for our newest series, "Excalibur." We've worked another all-nighter to make it happen, and it was certainly all well received. We'll have a few videos and so forth posted eventually, but in the meantime, this cast picture is entertaining - it shows the costuming that Mommy put together. She was working at the last minute, so things aren't exactly as ideal as she would hope - and yet only sticklers for details would notice. People like her! The rest of us think the costuming was great, the set was great, and the entire service was great. It was a good day at church, though it came at great cost: another all-nighter for Josh and myself.

Daddy took a one-hour nap, which upon waking up from was one of the most brutal moments. I could have slept on and on, and wish I did. But dinner was ready, so we shared some time together, and after that Madison and Daddy played some games together, discovering the hidden characters in Disney Universe. We're almost through the new levels on that game, but a neat thing about this game is that you can download new levels as they become available, so the gameplay is only as limited as the next available download. I hear they have Muppet characters coming soon, which should be pretty interesting...

Anyway, it was mostly a day about the morning service. Madison has been sick of late, though nothing like her tangle with mono a few weeks ago. Still, it was just enough to keep her home with Nana and Ba-Ba, who were quite happy for the company. All in all, it was a good day - it just would have been nice to get a bit more sleep...!
