Big Pink Dinosaur

 

This morning we had a skit that sort of harkened back to the 90's in some ways, a bit of a retro song that taught the kids our memory verse, all of it using this big pink dinosaur that kept wandering in to the stage area with a boom box.  It's sort of bonkers, but our mascot for this month happened to be a pink T-rex with a boombox, so there you go.  

It was a fun morning!  The services were great with the kids, and meanwhile it was our "At the Movies" series upstairs for the grown-ups, so we made an appearance in our Wizard of Oz costumes, which were pretty popular!

It was a good day!  Afterwards, Mom and I were thinking the same thing:  Mellow Mushroom.  So we all had lunch over there, which was really nice!  We hadn't been there in a while.  After a good meal, we came home and got some rest.  I did my treadmill stuff afterwards, and we all watched an episode of "The Chosen" tonight.  We also watched "Leroy and Stitch," just because.  And then we from our current book, "Guards!  Guards!"  The dragon is back, and he's not happy.

After prayers, it was time for sleep.  It was a nice, full day!
